In financial and non-profit world, Latonya has excelled in building teams, nurturing leaders, and advocating for the business community. She has also served on several boards, including as president of the Rotary Club of Quincy, and has held other vital roles in her community.

​Driven by a mandate to facilitate healing, as inspired by Isaiah 61:1-3, Latonya has served as a Chaplain at the Indianapolis Juvenile Detention Center and ministered within various prison systems. In 2008, she founded a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting healing and deliverance within the body of Christ through retreats, counseling, and events.

Known for her spirit of excellence, Latonya seamlessly blends ministry and corporate leadership, embodying the essence of Marketplace Ministry. In May 2022, she launched Brock Consultant LLC, focusing on cultural change and inclusion. Her consultancy partners with individuals and businesses to enhance their organizational culture, always keeping the bottom line in mind.
